Fibrely Fan Prize Draw — Terms and Conditions.

1. About the promotion

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Fibrely Fan Prize Draw (the “Promotion”), a series of monthly prize draws promoted by Fibrely Limited (“Fibrely”, “we”, “us”, the “Promoter”), registered in England and Wales with company number 08027502 and registered office at 3 Railway Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN4 5FB.

Sheffield Wednesday Football Club is not the promoter of this Promotion. Prizes involving the Club (such as matchday tickets and stadium experiences) are provided in conjunction with the Club and are subject to the Club’s own terms, ticketing conditions, and ground regulations.

Entry is automatic for eligible customers as set out in section 2. No payment beyond the standard price of your Fibrely products is required to enter, and taking part does not affect the price you pay for your services.

The Promotion runs monthly from 01/07/2026 until 31/07/2027.

2. Eligibility and entries

The Promotion is open to Fibrely customers aged 18 or over who hold an active qualifying broadband or mobile plan on the entry cut-off date for a given draw, being [the last day of each calendar month] (the “Cut-Off Date”).

Entry is automatic. Each qualifying product held on the Cut-Off Date carries an entry allocation, and allocations stack — the more qualifying products on your account, the more entries you receive in that month’s draw, as follows:

You will not be entered into a draw if, on the Cut-Off Date: (a) your account has any outstanding undisputed debt, arrears, or unpaid charges owed to Fibrely; (b) you have cancelled or given notice to cancel your Fibrely service, or your service has otherwise ceased; or (c) your service is suspended or restricted under our standard terms and conditions.

Fibrely employees, and employees of its group companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to win.

If you do not wish to be entered into the draws, you can opt out at any time by contacting us or through your customer portal. Opting out does not affect your services or the price you pay.

3. The draws

One draw takes place each month, within 10 working days of the Cut-Off Date.

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, every entry is given a random number and Google’s random number generator will draw winners at random.

4. Prizes

Prizes may include: (a) pairs of Sheffield Wednesday FC matchday tickets for a designated home fixture; (b) signed Sheffield Wednesday FC shirts or other signed merchandise; and (c) money-can’t-buy experiences at Hillsborough Stadium (such as stadium tours, player meet-and-greets, or matchday hospitality).

Matchday tickets are for the fixture designated by Fibrely and the Club. Fixture dates and kick-off times may change and tickets may be subject to the Club’s allocation, ticketing terms, and ground regulations, including any supporter eligibility or segregation requirements. Fibrely is not responsible for fixture changes, postponements, or abandonments, and no compensation is payable if a winner is unable to attend.

Experiences are subject to availability and to scheduling by the Club, and may be subject to age limits, safety requirements, or other conditions notified to the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or offered for resale (tickets offered for resale may be cancelled), and no cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Fibrely’s reasonable control, a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value will be offered.

Travel, accommodation, and any other costs not expressly stated to be included in a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

Where a prize includes a guest (such as a pair of tickets), the guest must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated, must comply with the Club’s terms and ground regulations, and attends at the winner’s responsibility.

5. Winners

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details held on their account within 2 working days of the draw. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.

If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 5 days of first notification, or is found to be ineligible, Fibrely reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner by the same random process.

A winner must still hold an active Fibrely service, with no outstanding undisputed debt, at the point the prize is awarded. If not, the prize will be withdrawn and a replacement winner may be selected.

The surname and county of winners will be made available on request for 3 months after each draw — contact us using the details in section 8 to request them. Winners may object to their surname and county being made available, or may request that the extent of the information made available is reduced, by contacting us; where a winner objects, Fibrely will nevertheless provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

Winners may be invited, but are never required, to take part in publicity relating to the Promotion.

6. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the draws, notify winners, and fulfil prizes, in accordance with Fibrely’s Privacy Policy at www.fibrely.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy. Winners’ details will be shared with Sheffield Wednesday FC and its partners only to the extent necessary to fulfil a prize.

7. General

Fibrely reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will not affect entries already made into a draw whose Cut-Off Date has passed.

Fibrely reserves the right to disqualify entries and withhold prizes where we reasonably believe the Promotion is being abused, including fraudulent activity or the creation of multiple accounts.

The Promotion is a promotional incentive only. It does not form part of your service contract with Fibrely, and your statutory rights are not affected.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
