Fibrely Gift Card — Terms and Conditions.
The promotional terms for the Fibrely gift card offer. Read these alongside your main Fibrely terms.
1. About this offer
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the gift card offer (the “Offer”) made available by Fibrely Limited (“Fibrely”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales with company number 08027502 and registered office at 3 Railway Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN4 5FB.
The Offer entitles eligible customers to a gift card issued by Giftpay (the “Gift Card”). The value of your Gift Card will be confirmed in the welcome email sent to you when you join Fibrely. Use of the Gift Card itself is subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date applied by the issuer.
By taking up a qualifying Fibrely broadband or mobile service in connection with this Offer, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Offer is open to new Fibrely customers aged 18 or over who order a qualifying broadband or mobile service where the Offer is advertised at the point of sale.
One Gift Card is available per qualifying account, regardless of the number of services taken, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional material.
The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fibrely employees, and employees of its group companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Offer, are not eligible to participate.
3. Qualifying period
Your Gift Card becomes available to redeem 90 days after: (a) for broadband services, the date your broadband service is installed and activated; or (b) for mobile services, the date your mobile service is activated (in each case, the “Qualifying Date”).
The 90-day period is a continuous service period. You must hold an active Fibrely service throughout the 90 days from the Qualifying Date for the Gift Card to become redeemable.
4. Claiming your Gift Card
Once your Gift Card becomes redeemable, you have 120 days to claim it (the “Claim Window”). Claims made after the Claim Window has closed will not be accepted, and your entitlement to the Gift Card will lapse without compensation.
Claims must be made by you, the account holder, either: (a) by telephone on 0330 822 42 64 during our published opening hours; or (b) through your Fibrely customer portal at myaccount.fibrely.co.uk.
We will verify your eligibility at the point of claim. Where your claim is validated, your Gift Card will be issued to the contact details we hold for your account within 2 working days.
It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details on your account are accurate and up to date. Fibrely is not responsible for Gift Cards that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or out-of-date contact details.
5. When you will not be eligible to redeem
You will not be eligible to redeem or claim a Gift Card if, at the Qualifying Date, at the point of claim, or at the point of issue: (a) your account has any outstanding debt, arrears, or unpaid charges owed to Fibrely; or (b) you have cancelled or given notice to cancel your Fibrely service, or your service has otherwise ceased (including termination by us in accordance with our service terms).
If your account falls into arrears during the 90-day qualifying period or the Claim Window, your entitlement to the Gift Card will be suspended. If the outstanding balance is not cleared before the Claim Window closes, your entitlement will lapse.
Fibrely reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a Gift Card where we reasonably believe the Offer is being abused, including fraudulent claims, multiple claims per household or account, or orders placed with no genuine intention of retaining the service.
6. The Gift Card
The Gift Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative. No change or refund will be given for any unused balance except where required by the issuer’s terms.
The Gift Card is non-transferable and may only be claimed by, and issued to, the named account holder.
Fibrely is not the issuer of the Gift Card and is not responsible for the goods or services purchased with it, nor for any loss, theft, or expiry of the Gift Card after it has been issued and delivered to you.
If a Gift Card is not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the issue date so that we can investigate. Replacements are issued at Fibrely’s reasonable discretion.
7. General
Fibrely reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time. Any change will not affect customers whose Qualifying Date has already passed.
The Offer is a promotional incentive only. It does not form part of your service contract with Fibrely, and your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms or the Offer, the decision of Fibrely is final. This does not affect your right to raise a complaint through our published complaints procedure or your statutory rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
