1. About this offer
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Sheffield Wednesday shirt giveaway (the “Offer”) made available by Fibrely Limited (“Fibrely”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales with company number 08027502 and registered office at 3 Railway Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN4 5FB.
Under the Offer, the first 1,000 eligible customers to place a qualifying order will receive one official Sheffield Wednesday FC 2026/27 shirt (the “Shirt”), free of charge, subject to these Terms and to stock availability.
Sheffield Wednesday Football Club is not the promoter of this Offer and has no responsibility for its administration. All questions and claims relating to the Offer should be directed to Fibrely.
By placing a qualifying order in connection with this Offer, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and how the 1,000 places are allocated
The Offer is open to new Fibrely customers aged 18 or over who place an order for any Fibrely broadband or mobile plan (a “Qualifying Order”) during the Offer period, which runs from 08/07/2026 until the earlier of 31/07/2027 and the point at which 1,000 Qualifying Orders have been received.
The 1,000 places are allocated strictly in the order in which Qualifying Orders are received by Fibrely, as recorded in our order management system. Fibrely’s records are conclusive as to the time of receipt.
One Shirt is available per qualifying account and per household, regardless of the number of services ordered.
A place is provisional at the point of order. If a Qualifying Order is cancelled before the conditions in section 3 are met (including cancellation during the cooling-off period, or failure of the order for reasons such as a failed credit check or the property being unserviceable), that place is forfeited and may be reallocated at Fibrely’s discretion.
Fibrely employees, and employees of its group companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Offer, are not eligible to participate.
The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Qualifying for your Shirt
Your Shirt will be dispatched once all of the following conditions are met: (a) your Qualifying Order is among the first 1,000 received; (b) for broadband, your service has been installed and activated, or, for mobile, your service has been activated; (c) your first bill has been issued and paid in full by the due date shown on it; and (d) your account has no outstanding debt, arrears, or unpaid charges owed to Fibrely.
If your first bill remains unpaid 20 days after its due date, or your account is in arrears at the point of dispatch, your entitlement to the Shirt will lapse and your place may be reallocated.
You will not be eligible to receive a Shirt if, before it has been dispatched, you cancel or give notice to cancel your Fibrely service, or your service otherwise ceases (including termination by us in accordance with our standard terms and conditions).
4. Sizes, stock, and substitutions
You will be asked to select your preferred Shirt size, Adult sizes [S–XXL] are available. If you do not select a size within 5 days of being asked, we may dispatch a size of our choosing or treat your entitlement as lapsed.
All sizes are subject to stock availability. If your selected size is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative available size or, at our discretion, a substitute item of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative is available.
The Offer is limited to 1,000 Shirts in total. Once all places are allocated, the Offer will close and this will be communicated on our website and at the point of sale.
5. Delivery
Shirts will be dispatched from August 2026 onwards, in the order in which customers meet the conditions in section 3. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer or supplier availability of the 2026/27 kit.
Shirts will be delivered to the installation address (for broadband customers) or the billing address (for mobile customers) held on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and up to date.
If your Shirt is not received within 5 days of us notifying you of dispatch, you must inform us so that we can investigate. Replacements are issued at Fibrely’s reasonable discretion.
6. The Shirt
The Shirt is a promotional gift. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item (except as set out in clause 4.2), and is non-transferable.
The Shirt is supplied as manufactured by the official kit supplier. Fibrely is not responsible for the design, sizing, or manufacture of the Shirt, but nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in respect of goods we supply to you.
Personalisation (such as printing of names or numbers) is not included.
7. General
Fibrely reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary (including kit supply failure). Any change will not disadvantage customers who have already placed a Qualifying Order, except where required by such circumstances, in which case a substitute of equivalent or greater value will be offered.
Fibrely reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a Shirt where we reasonably believe the Offer is being abused, including multiple orders per household, orders placed with no genuine intention of retaining the service, or fraudulent activity.
The Offer is a promotional incentive only. It does not form part of your service contract with Fibrely, and your statutory rights are not affected.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
